Low salary compared to competition Horrible promotion system "Family" culture (need I say more here?) Working over your contracted hours with the excuse that "you can't just hang up on a client", Well if that's true then how about we make it that the last half hour of the schedule is back-office work such as chats and emails and up to that point you take calls, this way you have some leeway in case a call drags Suffocating managership Too goal oriented Always asking for feedback from us but when given it's always discredited as "complaining" or "being non-constructive" and shut down with: "but we've got pizza partieeeees" I've got more but I will stop here
