If you're lucky enough to have an understanding manager then you can get compensation-time for working on weekends or off-hours, otherwise it's pretty much against company policy to work remotely. Dress-code is stuck in the 70s IBM days where you must wear a shirt and tie even during summer days. Absolutely no casual Fridays! Also, for better or worse, there are no annual reviews. Whatever your initial salary is, is what you'll leave with; even if you work your ass off and go beyond your job description, upper-management prefers to fire you and hire someone else if you ask for a raise.
