Pros
Lots of opportunity to learn new software, apps, platforms. Great place if you like to work indepandently. Lots of autonomy.
Cons
As a remote employee they have never really understood how to manage virtual teams and there is a lot to be desired on that front. You need to be able to work independently as information and getting in contact with employees in the home office is sometimes difficult. No real path to promotion or carreer advancement.
