Pros
Very Strong Technical team.. I worked with them for about 3.2 Years, I joined there from a small company, It really gave me an experience of a real Multinational Company.. I worked with people who joined us from big MNCs. I would have worked for the long term but unfortunately, I left the organization and I feel I took a wrong decision by leaving CGS. For someone who would like to work for a stable and challenging job, this is the right company. Yes, they might not pay as much as others pay but, the environment is Friendly and you will love to work.
Cons
No onsite opportunities, as this being a Product Development Organization and they have a very strong team at their corporate location(New York).
