Great for beginners, so much to learn.
Pros
If you're working on a IT project, most likely as an support engineer, this is your chance to learn a lot as an unexperienced person or as a beginner one. I guess I had the luck (and I still have) to work with some extremely nice colleagues, but it may differ from place to place. Management its pretty understanding. Office looks quite good, they recently built it in our city.
Cons
I'm not here to spread hate, but as always, it is actually impossible to be perfect, right? This are not some cons that would affect you so much, there are minor "issues" (I guess I can't even say issues, cuz it's not that bad). First of all, after you finish your training, you need guidance as a beginner, at least someone that's there for you, at least for a 1 month. I kinda find it difficult to work on some issues with the customers, I can't say I'm giving my best since I'm not aware of the upcoming events that the customers may encounter with some applications, but I'm trying to do my best. I understood that there will be some changes made in the upcoming future, and it will be fixed. It's not that bad, you can still get help from your experienced teammates, but trust me when I say that they are actually busy with their own issues, so it may become stressful sometimes when you have lack of knowledge and you kinda get stucked. Another thing is that this company pay well for the city I'm living in, but at some point you get experience and you seek for a raise and that could probably not happen, cuz salary it's kinda equal for all, it doesn't matter your experince, it matters if you got your certificates to get a raise. I find it a positive thing, but it won't be for those who have more than 3-4 years of experience. Another thing is that the work gets more stressful, more tickets, more meeting calls and at some point many of my teammates agreed that we should be paid at lest with 20-30% more. Since now, this is all I can say. Maybe I'll come back with an update if there would be something more to say.
