Pros

If you need a quick job for 6 to 9 months, this place may hire you. However, you will not last more than 6 to 9 months, because of its unstable culture and poor management.

Cons

CGS is basically a short term mill that sucks in uninformed people with false promises and fancy titles (without any authority, resources or potential). The organization is a one man shop (very old man at that), that resembles a dictatorship without any oversight or controls. It survives by the pure ineptitude of its competitors and the ignorance of its clients towards better solutions and technologies. Think twice before ending up in this place!

Pros

There is a wealth of knowledge to be found at CGS if one is willing to apply oneself. Colleagues are excellent people to work with and the environment is fast paced and driven.

Cons

Benefits, primarily insurance could be improved.
