Lots and lots of company provided lunches and snacks such cake and ice cream, pizza etc.

Minimal pay and unrealistic work load.

You get to learn and get you feet wet in the IT Industry. I did meet some incredible people and some contacts and friends for life

Management at the time I was there did some Micromanage.The staff in HR picked choose based on whothey like whether they where promoted or not,and when you leave they make up false hoods about your character. I
