They have a great location in the Financial District of NYC
Cons
No collaboration and lots of pressure. The technical support staff is literally stuffed into 1 big room with no windows and poor ventilation. Since they have a large call center, benefits are poor and geared toward the high turnover at the call centers, which means no health insurance for your first year of employment.
