I would say the certification that you have access to but that will change soon, so nothing is good about this company
Cons
Management with no experience that were hired because 'they had a friend' Workload. It's just too much for the pay rate If you were to open your mouth to say that something is wrong too much, they do everything in thier power to get you fired.
