Pros

The workload is reasonable and I get a chance to work on a variety of programs. We demonstrate what we’ve built about once a month to the management team. Able to work from home about 4 days a week which is great.

Cons

Pay and benefits are fine and I just got another raise but if I have to write something I’ll say I’ll take more money.

Pros

Management is very approachable and hands on. The culture is top notch. Good pay and benefits. Great work life balance. We all work well together as a team and everyone understands their responsibilities. Customers are typically great to work with. Best place I have worked.

Cons

None really. Software can be frustrating in nature, but everyone at CGC does work well together to keep the customers and employees happy.

Pros

CGC's current construction applications are far more superior than competitive products in the market. This was not always the case. Many talented employees have been added to the team and the cycle time to deliver has been shortened. CGC's customers are also the absolute best. Their support and collaboration what also make our product so intuitive yet feature-rich. There are no limits to what's next.

Cons

There is not enough time in a day and technology changes at a rapid pace.
