Pros

Not a stressful job and friendly coworkers. The accounting manager will accommodate with your schedule as long as you let her know first. Great benefit with insurance covered.

Cons

Repeatable job, don’t have room to growth your career. Vacation leaves and sick leaves are not so great. Holiday are only 7 days a year. Have to work on-site, no hybrid.

Access to training modules, good location, friendly employees, donuts and bagels on Fridays.

Cons

Poor management, no sense of direction at times, lower amount of vacation days per year, many new hires coming and going.
