- Poor health insurance offerings, no vacation or PTO offered.
- No wage increases in the 3 years I was contracting through CTG.
- Communication was non-existent. My point of contact changed and I was never informed. My final supervisor with the client didn't hear from CTG (to check on my progress, or anything) in the 18 months I reported to her.
- When the client ended my contract CTG was unaware for two days (I was finishing up a few things for the client and had a potential transfer which is why I had waited to inform them), then sent me a letter in the mail the next business day stating they were "unable to locate additional work" and were ending my contract with CTG. No bench time was offered. I suspect they didn't look very hard in that 18 hour period.
