      Pros

      Work from home and they send you all the equipment.

      Cons

      -Getting harassed by old people over the phone -Getting harassed by people who don't understand power of attorney -getting harassed by people in general -Constantly having to answer phone calls where the ringer instills this pavlovian ptsd that triggers you anytime you hear the bell outside of work. -Getting laid off without warning.

      Pros

      Very flexible with my schedule. I transitioned from 3rd shift to first shift, and from full-time to part-time with no problems. I also worked remotely, which made my life so much easier.

      Cons

      Occasionally demanding workloads, but it was extremely easy to work overnight.

If employees feel overwhelmed by their workload, we encourage them to discuss it with their manager. Our managers want to ensure projects are properly staffed and that their employees are happily engaged.
