Cons
Contracting. No Paid Personal Time Off, No Vacation.Overtime dependent on client. Some local representatives on contact you when issues, and not looking to improve your position. Lack of raises, even cost of living raises, and sometime decrease to keep client.
I guess there is flexibility, and anonymity but that has more to do with the company you are contracted out to rather than CTG itself.
Cons
Its like they dont exist. If you have some sort of emergency you can reach them, and the helpdesk is fairly responsive but again, your work life is with the contracted company. CTG profits from you, but unless you have a disaster you wont hear from them; positive OR negative.
