Pros
I worked for CTG at IBM for seven years. Overall, I hold a good opinion of this company. During this time I worked entirely from home. They did not micromanage me, which I definitely appreciated. It was also a very stable contract. As long as I did my work, I could feel certain my contract would be renewed.
Cons
Communication was lacking at times. While I was always pretty sure my contract would be renewed, I was never told that it actually was renewed. Also, in my entire time working there, I think I only received one small raise. Again, I was not told about it. The benefits package leaves much to be desired.
