Pros
The local CTG office has a lucrative contract with a large company and so has some potential for big projects. The engineering team is pretty small so it is possible to develop close working relationships with everyone.
Cons
Feel like a "number". Clueless management. No growth as a firm. Little forward thinking. The management seemed to be making things up as they went. They did not seem to understand even the barest of requirements for important roles in the organisation, and so often hired very incompetent individuals.
