Pros
Everything was done over the phone or through email. I never actually did an interview for the position my resume fit the job description perfectly.
Cons
Sometimes it was hard to get ahold of the case workers at the agency and the multiple timesheets plus screen shooting all the timesheets and send them to someone was a little frustrating especially when the agency couldn't help you with one timesheet website and directed you to another company.
