In terms of communication, our executive leadership team made increased communication a priority the past year. With so many employees working remotely, we knew communication was essential to maintaining our connection with everyone. Communication was amped up through social media (be sure to follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn!) and increased the frequency of our town hall and all-hands meetings.
