      Contractor at IBM through CTG

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Paychecks arrive on time. I work 100% with IBM staff, so have very little dealings with CTG management.

      Cons

      No raise in five years. 401(k) match discontinued. But we get discount movie tickets!!! The stock buy-back certainly didn't trickle down to employees (or at least not contractors).

      Pros

      Everything seems to be on the up and up, good contracts and good contacts within industry, decent salary offered at first

      Cons

      They don't offer a lot of feedback; later cutback a bit in salary based on contracting company demands; didn't seem to rally behind employees
