Pros
No pros as far as the job goes. I did meet a handle of great people at IBM though.
Cons
Everything, but #1 con is being first on the chopping to block to hold onto some long time IBMer that hates their job and are not productive. Well that’s not entirely true they are very productive on conversing about how terrible the company is now and how much they hate their job.
