Thank you for providing a response. We frequently hear that managers trust employees to do their job autonomously, providing support when needed. Since a significant portion of our population works remotely, keeping in touch is important to us. Frequent communication and idea sharing builds rapport, trust, and relationships among team members. Conference calls are an effective way to develop connections within teams when people are spread across the country. Chat with your manager about your concerns if you feel you aren’t getting as much out of the calls as you should. In terms of diversity training, we are proud to have a workforce diverse in backgrounds and ideas. The top rated statements in our most recent Great Place to Work survey were that CTGers are treated fairly regardless of their race, sexual orientation, and gender.
