Pros

The people that work at computer assoc are quite friendly.

Cons

Archaic programming language. No user documentation. No technical documentation. Consultants frequently modify code and deploy to the client sites with minimal to no testing. No quality assurance. Consultants rely heavily on their customer service department to remedy issues which should have been caught up front if any significant testing were done.

Pros

They pay well at first then start cutting into commission. Some of the MANAGER's are great! Very positive.

Cons

Can not count on hours. Can not count on pay.I would go from 400-200 in one week.
