Pros
Good pay if your able to move up and study well. The company does make you work a lot of hours for filling in man time. But this is inside your contract you sign. It can be very good for a mid level role
Cons
Had an experience with a Racist Coworker from a subcontractor. Would love if there was ability to travel while doing some IT work
