      You can get the times you ask for most of the time. Plus working overtime is easy

      Cons

      You will be treated with very little to no respect while working there. When things break and hit the fan. Don't expect management to help you and try to level everything out. They want you to hit impossible goals due to a broken system where the down time is larger than the up time
