      Pros

      Free Coffee Some really great people.

      Cons

      Political Environment, you service USA military service members but are not allowed to say Hooah, Oohrah, or Devil Dog to brothers and sisters in arms. The company works for the Federal Government, but the company and management are very anti government. They expect you to answer calls but have a time limit of 6 minutes or less to diagnose, annotate calls, and repair client PC's through the series of databases. Government Contractor that micro manages to the Nth degree.

      Good company to work with. The contract I'm on just got renewed for at least another 5 years.
