      I had wonderfull experience working in the company, fair treatment meted out to me from the management and to most of the people i had known. i would recommend this company. one of the best IT companies in the region

      -its a reasonable, with usual company things, no cons as such.

      Very understanding management. Can talk to them on a personal level. On the job training by vendors are allowed. Management allows suggestions to be heard.

      Cons

      Pressure to fulfill sales quotas. Sales decisions are somewhat delayed. Very conservative in giving credit to new clients.
