- Management - If you aren’t a “favorite” you won’t get treated well. You get micromanaged and bullied into doing what they want. You can be good at your job and never get a raise/monthly bonus. - Attendance Points - You get 24 points and you’re fired. - Late by <15 you get 1 point - Late by >15 you get 2 points - Call off without doctor’s note gets you 3 points. - No call, no show is 12 points. - 1 point falls off with perfect attendance for a month. - Points fall off every 6 months but accumulate quickly. - High School environment.
