Pros
Well, a 20 word minimum when I can't possibly think of a single positive thing about my experience with CWS.
Cons
Micromanaged, can't start your day until after 7:30 even if arriving earlier will make your commute easier. My supervisor was 5 months late doing my review. My raise was not retroactive to my anniversary. Was criticized for reminding supervisor about my review being late. Arbitrary due dates without consideration of effort or consideration for the fact that this isn't your skill set.
