1. Communication can be lacking at times. Messages or queries not addressed.
2. Whilst the company operates across the globe, the attitude is very much rooted in California, and the understanding of work and societal norms is set there. This has been highlighted, and a sense of empathy has not been provided.
3. As well as this there can be times where you feel like an after thought or even forgotten about completely. Often a company wide communication will be forgot to get sent to our site. Or new company protocols will be ignorant to the fact that we are a different country, time zone, currency, employment law, etc.
4. Unlike almost all of their peers and competitors in Dublin, they do not offer 5 sick/emergency days, which is a sticking point for many. And a stumbling block for keeping on staff/attracting others.
5. Company can often be reactive in it's activity, as oppose to pro-active.
