Pros

-As long as you meet the quota for repairs per day, management stays off your back -pay is good (comparatively for the job title) -some cool coworkers who were good people there

Cons

-Management doesn't make any changes when you mention things that are large problems -Repair quota is pretty steep compared to other companies (10 per day to Apple's 5), is rather unrealistic for most technicians -some sketchy business practices (you'll know what I mean on your day 1 "intro" to the job) -stress builds for employees as they often take on more work (backlog of laptops and devices for repair) than what can be handled in a reasonable period of time

Pros

Computer care has a lot of pros. One for sure is advocacy when it comes to their workers at different project sites. I also enjoy the work community, everyone has a balance of work-life and it shows from their low stress attitudes and genuine behaviors.

Cons

This is just to be nit picky but I think project briefings could go smoother if a intro to teams was done in a formal manner to the project IT teams.
