      Pros

      I felt valued and heard by the management team. Able to move upward/promoted if openings become available. Willing to cross train. Management interested in helping you meet your professional goals. Pay was fair/competitive. My coworkers were the best. Hours were awesome.

      Cons

      Since I worked at a satellite location, sometimes it felt like there was a disconnect between the headquarters office and us. Not much opportunity for overtime.

      Decent work environment, friendly low level managers (Although they are crushed under upper managements expectations)

      Cons

      Little pay. Expected to repair an unrealistic amount of computer per day, so repair quality suffers. CEO enjoys flaunting her status in front of underpayed employees

      People that work here are like family Management are really supportive and care Promoted internally, a lot of room for growth Really suits people who like a Fast pace/ Entrepreneurial / Challenging I am very happy coming to work everyday

      Everyone is always busy with their work, very dedicate. Therefore work/life balance could be better. I think we're getting there!
