      -Friendly and open environment -Every team member is highly valued -Facilities are clean and provide commodities -Compensation is fair -Healthcare plan is top tier -CEO is incredibly inspiring -Managers/Leads are effective and really solid people -Commute to HQ is standard -Flexibility and response to real world events is top knotch

      Nowhere is perfect, but this company has been the best in my almost 8 years of experience.

      This is a company that really seems to value its employees. You get weekly communication from the CEO, full transparency on big decisions, and a general sense of being part of a "family."

      Pros

      I've worked at ComputerCare for a few years now. Everyone including management has treated me well. If you put in the effort, they recognize that and they will promote within. Pay is higher than other places I've worked doing similar roles. Benefits are great. Management is always looking to keep employees motivated and happy.

      Cons

      None really, it is a fast paced environment, but you get used to that. It's the nature of the business.
