I've been working here for over a year and the company culture is nurturing and generally caring. Upper management does actually listen to the concerns of the workers and plays an active role in communicating. Usually it's not easy to be heard if you new at big companies but ComputerCare is transparent on communication.
Cons
The only concern I have is that I don't have any concern
I've been working here for a while and the company culture is nurturing and generally caring. Upper management does actually listen to the concerns of the workers and plays an active role in communicating. The company sources its labor to the bigger tech companies, so it isn't unusual to be working on-sites such as Google or Facebook.
Cons
Due to such a segmented workforce, it sometimes takes a while for managers to respond to concerns. This isn't due to any personal shortcomings, but just the nature of being busy and rendezvousing with multiple companies.
