      Pros

      I've worked at ComputerCare for a few years now. Everyone including management has treated me well. If you put in the effort, they recognize that and they will promote within. Pay is higher than other places I've worked doing similar roles. Benefits are great. Management is always looking to keep employees motivated and happy.

      Cons

      None really, it is a fast paced environment, but you get used to that. It's the nature of the business.

      Decent work environment, friendly low level managers (Although they are crushed under upper managements expectations)

      Cons

      Little pay. Expected to repair an unrealistic amount of computer per day, so repair quality suffers. CEO enjoys flaunting her status in front of underpayed employees

      Management is absolutely Great Always there to help whenever someone has a question about anything, Company provides great snacks to keep everyone focused at work. Health benefits are great pay is amazing. They even pay for certifications to get all technicians certified further advancing our careers.
