Pros

-You can get certs for different manufacturers -Coworkers are cool -Working on computers is fun -You are never contacted outside of work hours -Good PTO policy

Cons

-This is a small company but the different departments don't talk to each other. -Very strict even if you have no work to do. I get it if people are messing around but if there is no work to do, you shouldn't punish your employees for that. I have seen people get in trouble for being on there phones but the reason was there was nothing to do. -There is a strict quota but again there is not enough work to do -You are told you can move up levels if you work hard but i dont see how that's possible when you get 20 computers split between 12 techs to work on. even if you get 50 units that is only 4 a person, maybe there was a lot more work in the past. -Lots of micromanagement. You have to record every single thing you do on a spreadsheet. -There are a lot of rules with getting parts for your machines and it seems they play favorites.. if they dont like you you have to jump thru hoops to get parts -awful work stools built for short people -They want you to be an owner not a renter of your work. The owner of the company needs to understand people who make 23-25 an hour are not going to be an owner like you

Pros

> Starting salary is high, including for entry-level positions. > No monitoring software is in use; employees can avoid work without detection, as some have done for extended periods. > The role provides access to the interior of multiple offices with distinctive or high-profile designs. > Work-life balance is maintained; after completion of daily tasks, employer contact outside designated working hours is infrequent. > Management makes errors in basic geography, which is humorous to observe.

Cons

> Sketchy business practices As mentioned in other reviews of this company, you will be performing sketchy things from day 1. You'll know what I'm talking about on your first day here when they explain how they operate. > One rule for me, another rule for thee: Employee Handbook has a lot of rules that are applied to employees but not to the employer, The handbook is more for optics and for disciplining employees that speak out. > Environment fit for bullies. Don't speak out if you want to keep your job. They will target you. Retaliation is rife.
