Incredibly deceiving about the workplace environment. They hire and fire people often. Management are unethical and unprofessional in the way they deal with their employees. You are not supported in your position to do well, and in fact the opposite is true - kind of like hazing. You are reviewed not based upon your work, but on how well they like your personality.

Numerous management figures are deceiving towards their underlings. Often, me and other employees, were told our work was exemplary by a manager, only to find out later that during closed door sessions, this manager said something entirely different about us. I worked extra hours to do all that was asked of me, only to find out that doing this was a huge waste of my time and efforts. I always felt cheated and deceived while working with CAL Testing. And I was. Turnover rate is very high for many reasons.
