Pros

Computronix has been a great place to develop my skills as a contributor and as a leader. I've worked on many different teams and my experiences have been mostly positive on all of them. The work is challenging, so being bored is really never an option.

Cons

Computronix is a small company that is bursting at the seams in some areas due to their success in the industry. The values that the company strives to maintain can sometimes be put on the back-burner in times of pressure and stress. A recent restructure of roles has helped account for a rapidly growing company, but the growing pains are still there.
