Flexible schedules, little crunch, team building

Cons

Not going to go in to details as the company is obsessed about their public persona and have all employees sign an agreement to not speak about the company when leaving. It is suffice to say that don't believe the 5 stars from the 8+ year employees it does not reflect the experience of newer members.
