Pros
I have been working here for 5 months and these are the pros: -EXCELLENT Work/life balance, there is absolutely zero micromanaging -Great Management and Leadership team, they are honest and ethical -CEO is very involved and truly cares about his employees -Great people and professional work environment -Family oriented environment, the company truly stands by their core values and there is no gossip or behind the back scenarios like with other companies in the industry. -Ability to work fully remote on the business development side of the business so you can work from anywhere and traveling in encouraged. - Innovative systems and tools used for prospecting, outreach, and FAQ information. -Iconic branding and positive reputation of the company which builds credibility with clients within our industry. -There is great communication with all levels within the organization. -Very Diverse and get to work with people from all cultural backgrounds and celebrate diverse holidays and events.
Cons
There really aren't any cons to the company. Some people may not like working fully remote, but the company has a local office in New Jersey that anyone is free to visit at any point. Due to the flexibility and freedom this company provides with working remote someone that lacks organizational skills, this may not be a fit for you if you can't create your own structure and process for managing your activity.
