      Pros

      They stick with their culture which is collaborating with clients and employees. Aiming to be homogeneous and fair among all its employees. Providing support and guidance as well as room for growth. Reasonable pay plus extremely high commissions and Full-time opportunity with all needed benefits.

      Cons

      If you are looking for a role with only few to one task, this is not the job for you. There are numerous meetings with Managers and clients which are insightful and requires your 100% time and participation.

      Cons

      - low salary - poor management - brown nose culture - hard jobs to work on - ridiculous weculture - no career path - some employees have fabulous but meaningless title, or they don't worth it at all
