      Pros

      Comtech promotes a great team environment. The company is small and family-owned, but run by a visionary CEO who has surrounded himself with a diverse and intelligent group of leaders and doers. The company CEO is a brilliant chemical engineer who knows industrial/commercial water inside out. I found the workgroup to be supportive, very technically astute, and committed to success. They made me feel welcome from Day One and when I needed to be away from the office for two funerals (mother and mother-in-law) in only three weeks, there was never a question or an issue about it. Good people. Highly recommended.

      Cons

      My biggest con was that I was driving 20 hours per week to work 40 or more hours per week. Please note that this was my choice. After the loss of my mother and mother-in-law, it became clear to me that life was too short to log these kind of miles on a regular basis, regardless of where I was employed. so I made the choice to resign. The company is a small one, which can limit opportunity, but if you have the vision - and the ideas and abilities to support it - I believe you can thrive in this environment. That's all I have.
