Talented co-workers. That's it. I'm just filling the twenty word minimum now, so I really have nothing else good to say.

Cons

Oh where to begin! Reorg every single year with layoffs of people who were actually knowledgeable and putting in the work. So much talent wasted! Every year the company has a different vision, changing things and laying people off. It's really not a good feeling to come to work everyday wondering if you will be the next in line for a layoff. Don't plan on building a career here.

Most of the people here are incredibly nice. They bring in food pretty often which is nice to have.

Cons

There is NO value or staggery in early talent any longer. Leadership will one day tell you that your role is being repurposed and then a week later will without notice lay you off without your manager's knowledge, or directors knowledge. There is an incredible amount of work, and the pay is far below what it should be. You don't want to work here. You're welcome to try to join if you're desperate to pay rent. But otherwise keep us at the bottom of your potential list.
