      Pros

      Most of the employees are truly decent people. Work was interesting. Company is now on a track to success with new management and product.

      Cons

      Chaotic and political culture. Could not seem to correct this because it begins and the top and trickles down. New CEO may very well correct this issue. He also has a keen business sense and vision. Fully capable of driving the company growth forward while unifying his VP staff.
