Pros
Flexible work hours, work from home flexibility.
Cons
Where to start from.... 1. Clueless management. Changes every 2-3 years. They do not know what they want to achieve. 2. From being the industry leaders in satcom, now they are chasing others. Slack engineering team. Lack of pro-activeness 3. Pathetic salary packages (at least for contract employees outside US). No pay hike for years. Company adding new product every year or two, adding new responsibilities, but remuneration remains the same for years!! 4. Top management do not talk with Sales engineering team to understand the ground realities. No sync among management and field team.
