Pros

There are alot of opportunities to learn and make improvements if you are proactive. Good opportunities to make lateral moves within the company.

Cons

The culture is "sometimes" frustrating because there is a rift between the old culture which is satisfies with the status quo and the newer employees who are willing to implement positive change.
