The pay is okay for the area, not great, but okay

Cons

You will only get one day a month off. And you will get to pay 1000$ a year to the most useless union(ufcw) ever.

Good vacation and pay once you put time in

Cons

Raises tend to be based more on favoritism than actual job ability. Management and HR tend to sweep physical assaults and sexual harassment under the rug rather than dealing with it. Tend to work long hours.
