Pros
ConAgra is a great place to learn the industry and obtain corporate expereince. Generally the managers are very supportive and willing to work with employees on various issues.
Cons
There is a lack of consistency, and an unwillingness to give people the tools they need to meet objectives. It would be great if ConAgra would learn how to execute. I believe that ConAgra is on the right track, but some questions need to be asked about how everything is executed. It would be good for the company to get feed back from people at various levels with in the company before creating new objectives. Often a new concept will be presented only to find out that there is a really obvious roadblock that prevents its success.
