Pros
Love the company. You will gain a lot of experience. You get a full 40 hrs a week and the pay is competitive!
Cons
They don't pay for any holidays or bad weather days. And they are closed thanksgiving and the day after. So you have to make sure you have enough PTO saved up. (About 40 hrs of vacation time that we used to have with the last owners😔)
