      Pros

      I worked for them as a PT in the Chicagoland area as well as Philly, PA region. In both cases my direct managers were great and allowed me to have a somewhat flexible schedule. The are opportunities for continuing education and career growth.

      Cons

      It is a walk in clinic, so sometimes your schedule can get crazy at they expect you to accommodate to walk in new evaluation. At times it was hard to get the time off you had requested due to understaffing and not having a good system in place, such as per diems, to cover full time staff.

      Pros

      Love the patients I work with. Very Busy makes the day pass by quick.

      Cons

      Not enough money for all the work you do. Upper management only wants to see high numbers and scores, doesn't care about their employees. To many changes every time we have a meeting.

      Poor, unprofessional upper management that will use their authority against you. Not enough staff for patient volume which leads to staff being over worked and frustrated.
