      Manipulative Management

      Pros

      Competitive salary, but not worth all of the drama and lack of stability.

      Cons

      Management is very manipulative and as someone else posted previously, they are forcing there employees to post positive reviews on Glassdoor and other employment sites, because they know how terrible the work environment is. If you have to force an employee to write a positive review about your company then you could only imagine how bad it really is.

      Great place to work if you enjoy working with a variety of patients that come through.

      Cons

      Poor training, inconsistent disciplinary actions, manager favors specific employees, challenging place to work with negative surrounding.

      Pros

      The company continues to change and moving in the right direction. The senior leadership truly cares about the people and the mission of Concentra and are providing clear direction for the organization. The people are great- committed, hard working, and talented group of people. The work is challenging and rewarding. Clinicians should take a hard look at Concentra when looking for a career change. Opportunities for clinicians are outstanding and talent and hard work are rewarded.

      Cons

      Technology is moving n the right direction with innovation on the horizon poised to improve efficiency and the user experience, but currently there are some challenges and inefficiencies in the systems.
